  • Proprietary Business Information: Business ideas, strategies, financial data, and target market details submitted for Audits or IP Protection.
  • Payment Information: Transaction IDs and billing details (processed via Razorpay). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Intellectual Property Security

We understand that your business idea is your most valuable asset. We apply strict security measures to protect it:

  • Genesis Record: Data submitted for timestamping is encrypted and stored in a secure database. It is never accessed by our team unless you request technical support.
  • Capacity Audit: Your idea is viewed only by the specific analyst assigned to your case. All analysts are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • No Public Sharing: We never share, sell, or publish your business ideas.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

  • Generate and deliver the services you purchased (PDF Reports, Certificates).
  • Process payments and send invoices.
  • Communicate with you regarding your order status.
  • Send critical updates about the Raw Capital funding window (you can opt-out anytime).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary for our operations:

  • Razorpay: For payment processing.
  • Hostinger/Supabase: For secure cloud hosting and database management.
  • Legal Authorities: Only if required by Indian law or a court order.

6. Data Retention

Genesis Records: We retain the timestamped record of your idea indefinitely to ensure you can prove ownership in the future, unless you explicitly request deletion.
