Unlike physical goods (like a t-shirt) that can be returned, our products are digital services and intellectual property tools. Once a service is performed or a digital file is generated, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, our refund policy is strictly limited.
Because the Genesis Record creates an instant, immutable timestamp in our secure database and generates a PDF certificate immediately upon payment, we cannot offer refunds for this product. The service is considered "fully delivered" the moment the certificate is generated.
This is a service involving human labor (Expert Analysts). Refunds are conditional:
If you request a cancellation within 2 hours of payment (before an analyst is assigned), we will issue a 100% refund.
Once an analyst has been assigned and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
If we fail to deliver your report within 7 business days of your submission, you are eligible for a 100% refund, no questions asked.
