Welcome to RawBeacon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using RawBeacon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Legal Entity: RawBeacon is a platform owned and operated by Your Legal Indian, a Sole Proprietorship based in Bengaluru, India. All invoices and legal liabilities are associated with this entity.

2. Nature of Services

• Capacity Audit: A consulting service that provides market analysis and feedback on business ideas. Disclaimer: This is an opinion-based report derived from data. It does not guarantee business success, profit, or funding.
• Genesis Record: A digital timestamping service. Disclaimer: This creates a "Proof of Existence" record. It is NOT a government-issued Patent, Trademark, or Copyright. It serves as evidence in potential disputes but does not grant legal monopoly rights.
• Raw Capital: A venture studio program. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Your Legal Indian. Application does not guarantee funding.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business idea.
• Use the services for lawful purposes only.
• Not use the "Genesis Record" to infringe on the existing intellectual property of others.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Razorpay).

• Genesis Record: Non-refundable once the certificate is generated.
• Capacity Audit: Refundable only if cancelled within 2 hours of payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Your Legal Indian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or reliance on our analysis.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
